Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sprzedawcaonlinee@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
